1. Can I return or exchange my item if I don't want it after purchase?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with our item. Do refer to the size chart or contact us through Instagram DM for sizing recommendations if needed.

2. How much is shipping fee and how long would it take for me to receive my order.

The flat shipping fee for Singapore is $5SGD and the shipping fee for Malaysia is $12SGD As all of our items are instock, your order will be delivered within 3 working days for Singapore and 5 working days for Malaysia unless specifically stated.

Our items are shipped using Ninjavan/Aramex and it is trackable

3. What if I choose to do self collection

We offer free self collection at 600220 ( Jurong East Street 21 Block 220 ). Simply use the code 'Collection' during checkout to opt for this. We will then contact you via text to set a day/time for collection. Take note that this option only applies for Singapore orders.

4. Do you ship internationally

Yes, we offer international shipping! If you encounter any issues during checkout, feel free to reach out to us. International shipping rates are available on the checkout page. Please note that any applicable taxes in your country will be your responsibility.
