1. Are your items authentic?

All our items are 100% authentic. We are working directly with the brands of the items we sell. 



2. I did not receive an order confirmation email, what should I do?

Please reach out to us on instagram @talhar.selective should you face any diificulty. 

3. What if I choose to do self collection

We offer free self collection at 600220 ( Jurong East Street 21 Block 220 ). Simply use the code 'Collection' during checkout to opt for this. We will then contact you via text to set a day/time for collection. Take note that this option only applies for Singapore orders. In the case you forget to use the code, please reach out to us on instagram @talhar.selective with your name, order number and issue faced. 

4. Do you ship internationally

Yes, we offer international shipping! If you encounter any issues during checkout, feel free to reach out to us. International shipping rates are available on the checkout page. Please note that any applicable taxes in your country will be your responsibility. Please kindly refer to our Shipping and Exchange Policy page for detailed information. Customers are advised to read before placing an order :)

• Asia: 5-7 days
• North America: 7-14 days
• South America: 7-14 days
• Europe: 7-14 days
• Africa: 7-14 days
• Oceania: 7-14 days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local delivery delays.

5. What currency are your prices in?

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
International customers can make payments as usual in SGD. Your credit card provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency based on the prevailing exchange rate.
